Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Enter your promo code at checkout, and after purchase you can choose to save your information for faster future checkouts.

Is this legal to buy online?

Yes. Coast2Coast products are federally compliant hemp-derived cannabis products under the 2018 Farm Bill. We ship within the United States except Idaho, and buyers must be 21 or older. Availability remains subject to applicable state law.

How long does shipping take?

Coast2Coast handles flower fulfillment, and Hitoki packs and ships qualifying hardware orders within 48 hours. Delivery timing depends on your location and shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $99; checkout shows the options for your address.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no cannabis branding. Flower is vacuum-sealed in smell-proof packaging, and the billing statement shows “Coast 2 Coast.”

Do you have lab test results?

Yes. Every product on the site has a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent lab. You can view the COA on the product page or contact us if you need help finding it.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If something arrives wrong or you have an issue with your order, contact Coast2Coast directly and we will help sort it out.

Who handles Hitoki hardware returns?
